OUR NICHE
As a result of God’s blessings, we have received a steady stream of requests from various churches and pastors throughout the Midwest. Many of them have asked for input, coaching suggestions, and ideas on how their churches can also grow. In some cases these are light touches, but others are a request for substitutive help - a need for coaching, encouragement, equipping, or training. Since this is in alignment with our vision of being an impact church, we are relishing this opportunity.
It seems the primary niche where God is using us, is in helping churches under 300 in size. Some are congregations that are stagnant and wanting to revive. Others are growing but are realizing that growth changes everything and they are at a loss of what to do next. Regardless, over the past few years, I and several of our staff members have had the opportunity encourage and help several of these churches.
Area’s of focus have included: Transitioning Church Boards, Staffing and Leadership Development, Establishing an Environment for Growth, Developing Mission and Vision Statements, Transitioning from a Maintenance Mind-set to a Missional Mind-set, Implementing Small Groups, and Assimilation.
